Licensed MMTCs
As of March 2026, 28 MMTC licenses have been issued, with 25 fully operational and 3 holding initial licensure status. Each MMTC is vertically integrated — cultivating, processing, and dispensing under a single license. There are no separate retail-only licenses in Florida.

Requirements to Visit
To purchase from any Florida dispensary, you need:
- A valid Florida medical marijuana card (MMUR registry ID)
- A valid Florida driver's license or state ID
- An active physician certification (not expired past 210 days)
